Hand-n-Hand Leadership
SPM delivers rigorous leadership development for teenage Chicagoans. The Hand-n-Hand Leadership program builds servant leaders who are prepared to lead both locally and globally, starting with the neighborhoods they already call home. Students leave with the skills, discipline, and perspective to serve wherever they are needed.
Young Executives Coaching
SPM pairs young leaders in their 20s with an executive coach who is a few years further along in their own career. That coach is close enough to remember the challenges and far enough ahead to guide through them. Supporting the people currently charged with leading youth organizations keeps the whole youth community strong.
Enviormential Awareness
SPM believes students need healthy resources to bring a full mind to leadership. Our environmental services provide organic food and drinks during program time, along with professional clothing so students can be physically present and accepted in leadership spaces. This service supports the young leader with tangibles and consumables.
